Updated Chapter 3: Product Service System Design Concept
Below is the updated portion of the Chapter 3 of my DES 505 research project working with Wise Health SF to create a toolkit for their organization. This portion of the chapter specifically addresses the product service system design concept that were tasked to convey.
The service model really helps indicate how effective and useful the toolkit will be, and the color pallet looks great, can't wait to see more!
